Lube-Shuttle® Grease Spray Unit LubeJet-eco
This Air Operated Grease Spray Unit enables spraying of grease
directly from the Lube-Shuttle® system-cartridge without the
need for propellants or solvent chemicals. Spraying grease onto
chains, wire ropes, open gears, slideways, telescopic booms etc.
offering enormous potential for cost savings. Wasteful application
of grease is history.

A 4 piece set of quick release stainless steel lances is available.
3 straight lengths: 500, 750 and 1,200mm.
1 x 90 degree. Length = 170mm with 55mm long angle.

A Grease Spray System using unique technology:
It combines the high pressure lubrication pump, pneuMATO 55,
with specially designed spraying equipment.
The spray pistol has been designed for greases up to NLGI 2.
Special high pressure twin hose for air/grease integrated in a
high quality protective sheath.
This sophisticated grease spray system can be fitted to grease
kegs and drums and will deliver high volumes of grease.
Specification:
pneuMATO 55 - pneumatic pump kit, pressure ratio 1:55,
10m special twin delivery hose, spray gun,
pressure regulator 5 bar, air inlet pressure limited to 5 bar.
3,5 or 6,5 m hose length versions available upon request.

Grease Spray Gun

This spray gun has been specially designed to spray grease
effectively. Spray quantities for air and grease volumes are
individually adjustable to provide the required pattern.
Important note: Max. permitted air pressure inlet = 10 bar
Max. permitted material pressure: 250 bar

Spray Lance with 2-segment extension tube, designed to
cover and spread grease in inaccessible spots or cavities.
The unit is suitable for common greases up to NLGI-class 2.

This special high pressure twin hose has a burst pressure
of 1,650 bar (with steel wire reinforcement). Both hoses are

Air Pressure Limiter for pneuMATO 55 - LubeJet

Limiter restricts air supply pressure to the pump to 5 bar. It is
supplied as an assembly with connections to air supply pipework.
