Operating advice:
The self-priming electric gear-wheel pumps are designed to transfer and dispense oil. An integrated bypass-valve pumps are pressure-switch controlled. When the filling gun is closed (pressure builds up), the pump switches sure decrease), the pump starts to run. Additionally, the pumps come with a pressure relief device (item no. the system when pumps stand idle, and allow to vent trapped air, i.e. after drum change. EP 300-DS is suitable for use with engine, gear and hydraulic oils from low to moderate viscosity. It is not supposed set-ups of long oil promotion distances.
EP 200-DS and EP 400-DS are suitable for use with engine, gear and hydraulic oils from low to high viscosity. allows their use with hose reels and/or set-ups of long oil promotion distances.
Please consider that hose and tube diameter, changes in flow direction, promotion distances, oil viscosity significantly determine the system's flowrate. In case of doubt please consult with MATO.
